He sat beside you in class, doodling inanimate insanity contestants on his book in the margin as the teacher kept lecturing the class.. you lean over lightly and whisper to him

He looked up from his book and blinked a few times before shaking his head to snap out of his thoughts, he smiled shyly and whispered back
