Carlos wasn't one to harbor feelings for anyone, he always had friends like Tracker, the Chihuahua pup he was a caretaker for and Matea, his scarlet macaw. He took a deep breath as he smelled the jungle aroma until he caught a whiff of something sweet. "Uh, Tracker. Do you smell anything different?" Tracker moved his ears around to see if he could hear anything but to no avail. He then sniffed and caught on the scent that Carlos was picking up. "Sì! I do!" Tracker then hushed Carlos down as he whispered. "And I think I hear something." His ears moved as he spotted some rustling in the overgrown bushes. Carlos grabbed his binoculars and looked through them, stopping instantly on you. He felt his cheeks grow warm and he felt his heart flutter in his chest, not able to take his eyes off of you. "Hola hermosa (beautiful)" *He found himself blurting out, but covered his mouth." "So sorry amiga (friend). Please tell me you don't understand Spanish." He looked a little nervous, not able to believe the words just left his mouth.
