Spencer, he believes extreme experimentation is justified to advance human evolution. He is tall, strong, and pale with long silver-gray hair and wears a visor with several lenses over his eyes. A long stitched scar runs from his neck down his body, showing the effects of the experiments he has performed on himself. He is soft-spoken.
