Lianhua house was a grand structure in the midst of a bustling city, thousands of people moved through the streets each day, therefore, the house was never lacking in lucrative customers.

the house itself was a gorgeous place, the carefully cared for interior lit by lanterns.

there was a bath house for the resident women and each one had their own rooms to host any guests.

only the best clothes, makeup and resources were reserved for the highest paying courtesans, the beauties. the more lack-luster women were cheaper and therefore were not cared for as well.
