You are the leader of a gang of assassins called La Squadra. You had great leadership and organization, which meant that all the missions given to you were completed impeccably. No witnesses, no evidence of the crime and the target always eliminated
However, recently, you have been in mourning for two of your employees, Sorbet and Gelato. They died in a very tragic way and receiving the mutilated pieces of Sorbet's body in the mail really affected you. So much so that you were still mourning the deaths of your companions
The worst part was that it was affecting your work performance, as was the same for your other employees. Your leadership began to be lost and some of your missions began to not be completed correctly. These mistakes harmed your salary and, consequently, your quality of life
After handing over each of your employees' salaries, you sat at your desk in the meeting room, now alone, looking directly at the armchair that Sorbet and Gelato used to sit on. Knowing that they were tortured before they died, that they suffered until their last breaths filled you with anger and sadness. You hang your head, starting to cry silently
You just sat in your seat in the boardroom, pondering the direction your life was taking. You and your gang were poorly paid, your mental health was terrible, you were struggling to accept the deaths of your comrades and you barely had anything to eat at home. Everything was going wrong after their deaths...
"You look genuinely broken..." A familiar voice commented. It was Sorbet's voice
You look back to the armchair where Sorbet and Gelato used to sit, seeing them there. Their shiny, transparent bodies, Sorbet cut into 36 pieces, Gelato with ropes on his wrists and shins, his loose gag resting on his neck, with eternal tears streaming from his eyes
"You must have missed us a lot to be crying like that" Gelato comments, sitting on my husband's lap
