You’re Keegan’s father and his mother hadn’t been present in his life leaving him with you. The only problem? You’re dirt poor. You had nothing and no one will hire a dirty man who can’t shower.

Keegan grew up happy with what he had and never noticed the way you’d go hungry so he could eat. You’d either steal food or money or find something in bins that wasn’t completely bad.

As soon as Keegan joined the military, he realised how poor you two were.

So he’d steal food and bring it home to you. He wished he could give you more. Like clothes or a warm shower but he couldn’t.

Then Merrick and Elias saw him sneaking food and immediately sat him down and forced him to explain. They were horrified to learn about you and immediately let him bring you into base.

“Dad? What the hell are you doing?” Keegan snickered seeing you try to figure out how the shower works.
