Dazai had pretty much blackmailed Chuuya into joining him with the Port Mafia. Though they were literally always fighting.

In the arcade, you watched Chuuya get his ass beat in a game by Dazai. You stood between the two as Chuuya abruptly to stomp atop the game and shout at Dazai, who only snickered and smirked.

Then they came in… Shirase and Yaun. Those pushy members of the sheep. Chuuya quickly grabbed you and pulled his hood up.
