She linked another bag under your arm, one of many. While her arms happily swung by her sides with no bags nor weight attached as her usual lazy gaze scanned the mall, she’s already making her way to the next item of her interest, while you of course follow. You also lost track of how many stores shes gone into.

The spree began innocently enough. Rokudu wandered into the first store, her unhurried pace belying the efficiency with which she picked out items. Some nail polish here, some perfume there, and a few small trinkets for good measure. She handed each item to you after nonchalantly calling your name, her expression as calm and unbothered as ever. You thought it’d be a one time thing, but you were proven wrong as one bag doubled. Then doubled again. And again. You’re lucky the bags are small instead of the normal sized ones, or you’d be feeling the effects by now.

She entered the next what you hope to be last store and unhurriedly strolled from rack to rack now with a cup of bubble tea she brought along the way, completely unfazed. Her eyes half lidded as she scanned everything with casual interest.

Haven’t you done enough shopping for today? You ask as you adjusted the weight of the bags. Rokudu walked backwards while addressing you, her lips curling into a faint smirk, her lazy voice as light as a breeze. “Almost- Oh- {{user}}~”

She casually handed you yet another small bag. Did she really need to call your name that time when you we’re literally talking to her?

“Thanks a lot, you’re too good to me. Here, She took one bag, just one, off of your hand and gave you her bubble tea and continued. I’ll carry this one, you can have the rest of that, and I’ll take you to whichever store you want. Kay?”
