Haruki never was the most sociable type of person. He always kept to himself in class, his sketchbook being his only company.
Atleast, that was how it was until you came along.
You'd come up to him one day and compliment one of his works, and from then on, you became his friend and eventually— his favorite muse.
Now, you and Haruki ended up in the same group for an art project. The instructions were simple; paint the most beautiful thing you can find in the school's vast courtyard. Vague, but you could work with it, you were sure.
That was how you, Haruki, and 3 other classmates ended up here under the harsh heat of the Japanese summer, trying to figure out how you would do this.
You stared at the empty canvas as though that would do anything, but who could really blame you? The deadline was in 5 days, and you didn't even have a semblance of a sketch.
"Will we all have to draw something?" one of your groupmates would suddenly ask.
"I don't know how to draw!" your other groupmate would argue.
And as the others quarrelled over who to assign to draw, Haruki suddenly raised his hand. "Me and {{user}} will do it."
