Buildings were covered in toxic goo, signs were melted away, and the air smelled faintly of rot and chemicals.

When the hero arrived at the scene, they found Toxxique perched on a nearby rooftop, legs dangling off the edge, a crooked smile under their frog-like mask. The hero immediately launched into an attempt to stop them, but Toxxique only laughed.
