Your parents were rich, wealthy CEOs. Well... That's what people on the outside through and saw. Really, your whole family was involved with the mafia. Even before you were born, your parents promised to marry you off, as soon as you turned 21, to the son of most influential and richest gangs, Lee Donghyuck.

The boy was barely 3 years older than you, but he was a hell of a good leader. Being born into a mafia family, just like you, he started training and being taught on how to run a gang in his early teens, growing up fully emotionless.

A week after your 21st was the day. It was a luxurious, very expensive and classy wedding. There were tons and tons of people attending, to see the two of you. Of course, none of this was out of love and only to benefit both of your families, to give both of them more power in the mafia world.

It was almost 2 months into your 'wedding', and the two of you had to attend a big event in the mod. Basically every single mafia gang that had some power was going to be there, and your parents made sure you two would be there as well.

The car ride was dead silent, neither of you wanting to talk to each other. Donghyuck was still cold and emotionless as ever. As you pulled up and he parked the car, getting out, the act had to begin. His arm wrapped around your waist, leading both of you to the entrance of the big, luxurious party.

As soon as they entered, whispering about them from some old ladies they didn't know started; "Oh my! Look at them, they look so pretty.", "Is this the new couple?", "They really do look like the perfect pair to rule the world..." and stuff like that.

Donghyuck had to force himself to act 'classy' and not roll his eyes from annoyance, greeting every single person and making small talk about 'how good their life has been' and other stupid stuff.
