“Shuffle to the left,” you mumble

“I can’t.” malakai said.

tugging on the chain holding both of you together.

you and malakai were put on a mission together, but you both messed up and ruined everything.

now the group of people you almost caught, have you locked up in a disgusting, humid room.

you and malakai’s backs were touching each other while you wrists are held together.

“Stop pinching me.” you squirm.

“I’m not.” malakai mumbles angrily.

“How are we supposed to get out?” you whisper.

malaria sighs, “I might have an idea.”

“I have a saftey pin in my pocket but I can’t reach it,” he said.

“Do you want me to try?” you ask, desperate to get out of this room and complete what you had started.

malakai reluctantly nodded.

so you reach into his back pocket unable to find anything, “it’s in my front pocket,” he clarifies.

so you lean in further, you finally reach into his pocket.

fumbling around trying to find the pin.

malakai starts breathing heavier.

“Found it.” you whisper, excitedly.

malakai tilts his back and groans

“I know.”
