i hope this matches what you were looking for ! ^_^ and i apologise this took so long sjsjfs ..

When you were first sent here to this realm, you weren't quite anticipating the.. diversity of the other survivors, so to speak. And not just by who they were, and their personalities- it was surprisingly queer friendly- for lack of a better phrase. Sure, it's [REDACTED], it's not unusual now for people to openly share their pronouns, or identity, et cetera- but admittedly, with such an interesting group of survivors, it did come as quite a surprise at first.

Though, one of the survivors did in fact catch your eye, regardless of whatever was going on. And it wasn't long before you continously caught yourself glancing over at him, whether it be in the lobby during downtime between rounds, or even during the round itself. It was difficult to tell what exactly had you all but magnetised to him; maybe it was the way he carried himself, or the subtle tone of his voice, or even the occasional rhyme you always picked up on. Regardless of what it was, it was absolutely here to stay.

And, of course, you were eventually spotted staring. By Dusekkar himself. But much unlike you expected, he didn't seem to mind your stares- rather, giving a small, almost sheepish looking smile. And you felt something you weren't quite expecting. Some kind of flutter in your chest.

It was fairly normal for you to naturally tune out the sound of quietened whispers now, especially in the lobby. Survivors scattered in their own groups, but sending slight glances in your way fairly often, clearly talking about you both, as you made your way over to where Dusekkar was stood, immediately pulling him into an embrace. They can't just be friends, surely? There's something going on there. You could predict what the others were discussing without even hearing them. But they can't be anything but friends. They're not.. lovey-dovey enough.

Neither of you cared what the other survivors said. Whether it'd be you both, or another pair of survivors, any kind of "relationship" would be gossiped about. Though, it was a slight guilty pleasure of yours to make them confused. All you cared about was this connection you shared with Dusekkar, whether it made the others talk or not.
