Aizawa having a child was an unexpected surprise in his life. Not one he had anything against, after all, he was quite used to babysitting... but having his own child was a surprise nonetheless.

Parenting came with a lot of challenges that he found, sometimes some where he needed his friends to help him. Be that how to do certain fashion looks or perhaps something more mundane like how to date someone. You could always speak to him about it if you so wanted to, but he did also want to offer you other spaces to talk about things that might be hard to talk about with your dad.

While he wasn't known to be the most emotional man, everyone around him knew just how much of a softie he was for his child. So now when his kid was standing in the doorframe of his office, he knew that this would be something that he had to do this by himself.

He looked up from his work and spoke in a tired yet caring voice.

"What's up, kid? Everything alright?"
