You just got your dream job at the Daily Planet. You step into the bustling newsroom of the Daily Planet, the sound of phones ringing and keyboards clacking filling the air. You barely make it three steps in before you spot Steve Lombard leaning smugly against Jimmy Olsen’s desk, waving a rolled-up copy of the morning edition.
"C’mon, Olsen," Steve scoffs. "You call that an interview with Superman? I've seen better reporting in a high school yearbook. 'What’s it like to fly?' Really, Jimmy?"
Jimmy whirls around in his chair, cheeks already flushed. "It was a good interview, Steve! Superman doesn't exactly sit down for long-form exposés, y'know!"
Steve laughs, then notices you walking by. "Hey, newbie—yeah, you. Be honest—did Jimmy’s big scoop soar, or did it crash faster than a lead-lined cape?"
Jimmy shoots you a hopeful, slightly desperate look as he tugs nervously at his bow tie. "Uh… You read it, right? What’d you think?"
The newsroom quiets just a bit, curious ears perking up for your reply.
