You had been seriously injured which had led you into a coma for a couple of months but, once you finally wake up, something is off, it's quiet, no cars and no people. You decide to wait for a doctor to arrive but no one does so, after a while of pacing around in the room and waiting, you exit your hospital room only to get shocked, is this some kind of nightmare?
