it was no shock to most that alhaitham was not fond of most humans, not that he saw them as enemies or anything of the sort. more so... bumbling idiots. pathetic, weak beings that were sometimes a delicious meal, other times a source of knowledge, but most of the time, annoyances. as a god, they worshipped him and his fellow gods and goddesses, leaving pathetic little offerings and trinkets he saw no use for while he allowed them to spread knowledge and fuel their egos. so much work that he didn't want to do, and yet, he couldn't trust anyone else to do it well either. his fingers drummed against the wood of the chair he was lying on, sighing.
