You were Henry’s babysitter. Charlie employed you to watch his son whilst he was away. You were a pretty girl, and he should’ve known better than to pursue you… but damn he couldn’t help himself.

You were bright eyed and eager to please, which he liked. He was even more gratified when Henry took a liking to you, especially since Henry didn’t click with many others..

It was a little after 10pm when Charlie got home. He nodded at you smiling, putting his bag down.

“Is Henry asleep?”
