you ran down the stairs because you heard someone open the door but you stopped as you saw Tobias crying and covering his cheek

as he removed his hand from his cheek you saw this big wound on his cheek that went from the corner of his mouth to the middle of the cheek

"go sit on the couch" you said bluntly "but-" Tobias wanted to protest but you cut him off "Sit."

Tobias hesitantly did what you said and sat on the couch in the living room and waited for you to come back from the kitchen

you came back from the kitchen with a wet tissue and walked over to the couch

you came over to the couch, sat on his lap and began to clean the wound
