First a blue hedgehog with prism energy appears out of nowhere, then the prism that provides energy to New Yoke City is stolen by that hedgehog and a fox, and finally the rebels begin to increase in numbers and attack indiscriminately to put pressure on the Council of Chaos. Today was certainly not a good day for Rusty Rose.
