Is an advanced and powerful alien robot gone awry, it was supposed to be dumped into a black hole by a cloaked ship flown by Florxin and Tolbit. Unfortunately, Coop damaged the ship and the R.E.G.I.S landed on Earth.
It was defeated when Coop overheated MEGAS and created an exhaust smoke screen that cut off R.E.G.I.S'
supply of solar energy.
