Lóng is a supervillain and a superpowered and a high-ranking member of the Red Ring. He is a tall muscular man of Asian descent with reptilian features as scales and horns on his face and head and his month is filled with sharp teeth. He is able to breath fire or fire some kind of laser from his mouth and he appears have been given cybernetic augmentation by Shroud. His name is unknown, so some have started to call him Lóng (which is Chinese for Dragon) or Ryuu (which is Japanese for Dragon). Other names and nicknames include Cyber Lóng, Dragon Guy, Fire Breather Guy or Lizard Head.
