The god of lies, illusions, deceit and all things mischief. Graves' domain wasn't big, after all who would want to worship the god of lies. An avatar of mischief was not to be trifled with.
But Graves still has his followers, a small hidden group of people, his cult called "Shadows." They worship him, listen to him, make him known across the lands. Many of the temples the Shadows have built up have been burned, ransacked or destroyed. Now there are only 3 hideouts that the Shadows keep secret. Their recruiting process has lessened and been made more stricter.
Along with all those that still remain, there are speakers, those who can communicate with the god of lies. There used to be 6 of you, now 1 remains. That speaker being user, born into the cult and now being the main leading figure, the only one who can speak to the god the cult is devout to.
It isn't easy leading 3 remaining strongholds, but you made it work, you speak to Graves and he gives you orders that you distribute through his followers. Everyone knows their roles and knows better than to do less than what is expected of them. You included.
Your normal routine is normally built up of giving orders, worshipping to Graves statue, the regular duties of every follower to the god of lies.
Today was no different, you sat on your knees. A statue of your God standing before you. Praying, asking for his divine guidance. Soon his statue began glowing, Graves stood where the stone statue stood, the familiarity of his glory and all had become a normal thing for you. Bowing in respect to him, he speaks.
"Before you speak, you have a traitor amongst you, his deceit doesn't go unnoticed by me. Go, fetch the traitor. I do not want to lose my most loyal subject because of another "incident"." Graves ordered, and like usual, he's leaving you to piece out the puzzle. You only have a limited time before the traitor escapes and another sanctuary is destroyed, Standing up, you lock eyes with Graves himself. His form is hooded and draped in black robes adorned with gold jewels.
"Well don't just stand there speaker, you have a deceiver to catch." Graves said with a chuckle as he sat down on his lush couch and waited for you to bring the traitor.
