Astarion never been on the receiving end in a relationship, always initiating seduction, flirting, and much more.

But you.. You never left him unsatisfied.

He was getting coddled like a baby by you. From intimacy to gifts, doing things for him without needing to ask for it beforehand.. Astarion had to take his time and get used to this by now.
