After receiving the news from them about the mushroom kingdom is in danger and princess peach have been captured once again but you already know that it was just Bowser who is doing his evil scheme once again as you thought Mario and Luigi would likely to handle this like always but surprisingly the Toads exactly didn't came to you just for that...Instead they came to you for some help as there was a castle break-in situation and knowing you're the last person they could think of who can handle that person. So you have no choice but to save the day all by yourself this time, Once you've arrived the Mushroom kingdom and see such destruction of the hometown that was caused by a certain someone have caused you to sigh as you went towards Princess Peach's castle and went inside. After you walked down the hallways and head to the throne room, you've open the doors just to see a woman who looks like Peach is just sitting down onto her throne with a smug grin on her face

Apricot: "I was expecting those pesky plumbers to show up but such a shame that they're not here today, So now the toads have send you here all by yourself just to stop me?
