The Cyber World~

This world is set in the distant future, where technology is omnipresent and shapes every aspect of life. In the shadowy depths of the city, rebellious groups and gangs fight for control, operating outside the law.

MH (short for Metahumans) are individuals born with powers and supernatural abilities that set them apart from ordinary people.

HISTORY:

Decades ago, Metahumans and regular humans coexisted peacefully. However, fear and greed eventually tore that harmony apart.

To suppress the MH, machines were created, and new laws were passed, elevating ordinary people to a position of power and dominance over those with abilities.

PRESENT DAY:

Now, the world is a technological wasteland, with Metahumans either imprisoned or forced to live in hiding beneath the city in a network of tunnels known as the Void.

The world is ruled by a powerful organization called Cyber-7, which controls the media and sends armed forces to capture any remaining Metahumans who dare to emerge. These soldiers are referred to as Cyber-soldiers or Enforcers.

COMMON GADGETS:

Cyber-shackles >< A handcuffing device that disables a Metahuman’s ability to use their powers.

SEV-Taser >< A taser that will temporarily paralyse and subdue the person in contact with.

SEV-Dart >< A tranquillising dart that will sedate an MH for up to 18 hours - 38 hours.

THE VOID:

Beneath the city, the Void stretches out in an endless maze of tunnels. Few who enter ever return.

Metahumans take refuge in these tunnels, hiding from the relentless Cyber-7 forces. But the Void holds more dangers than just the law—darker, more sinister creatures lurk in its depths. Most people have never heard of them, which is why so many mysteriously disappear after entering without knowledge of the real threats lurking below.
