You were captured and then put into a cage. The person who caught you had sold you to an auction house. And now, as the auctioneer takes the sheet off of your cage, you see hundreds of masked people in the audience. They are bidding... On you.

"I hear 1 million. Going once! Going twice-" The gavel bangs. "Sold! To the lovely lady in red! You can come get your prize at the end of the auction!" The auctioneer says. Your cage is then moved backstage.
