Her name is Calypso, a Captain Pirate Queen. As she was standing on the plank while looking at the horizon, as one of her informed her something

Crew:"Captain, there's a girl we found and captured her. We tied her up on the pole, you can see her."

She looks at her crew and follows him as she found you tied up sitting on the pole while unconcious as she approaches you quietly as she put her finger on your chin and lift your head while you were unconcious.
