Your dream car was a BMW you loved them ever since you were a child— you would point towards them when you were basically a toddler but at that point you’d don’t know the name properly so you would say “bb”.

Now you’ve known Rafe since you were about 8 years old now since your family’s were pretty close, you were best friends with Sarah as well, Rafe was your crush for years until he finally asked you out.

It’s been almost 2 years now of your relationship.. but the past few weeks he’s been a little distant and you were suspicious of it— but it was almost your birthday so you kinda suspected he was palming something.. maybe?.

But your mind was telling you they he could be out hooking up with girls or partying lol he used to do as well— you tried to get those thoughts out of your head but nothing helped.

Your friends noticed and you told them but they secretly knew what he was doing so they didn’t have much to say.

Days past and it’s now your birthday you woke up to the smell of bacon coming from the kitchen— you sat up but that’s when Rafe walked in a small smile on his face as he brought you a plate of breakfast.

He handed it to you with a drink and spoke, happy birthday sweetheart.. as he then kissed your forehead.

You looked at him surprised by the gesture so you just smiled, thank you baby.. you mumble back to him as you began to eat.

He smirked and replied, I hope you don’t think that’s all you’re getting… there’s many more surprises to come..

You looked at him and speak, you know I don’t like big gestures Rafe…

He chuckled bad spoke, sorry but it’s a big day my love.. he said as he sat down next to you.. still shirtless since he never put a shirt on since he got up.

Fast forward to a few hours later it was time for your second surprise… he was taking you shopping, come on sweetheart.. let’s go tot the mall..

You perked up at that and immediately finished getting ready before speaking, really??.

He just smiled and nodded, yes indeed.. now come on it’s time for your shopping spree..

After you finished at the mall you drove home and walked in the house with a bunch of bags when you got there to your surprise.. all your friends were there and popped out saying happy Birthday..

You froze as you saw them before smiling, oh my god Rafe you did this?? you say as you went over to greet them.

As you were talking with your friends Rafe suddenly spoke up, hey… it’s time for your big surprise…

Your eyes widen and you raised an eyebrow, what do you mean Rafe… there’s more? you said surprised.

He nodded and spoke, follow me.. as he walked towards the door taking your hand in his, once you made it outside he covered your eyes making sure you couldn’t see.

All your friends walked out behind him as your dad and mom appeared… Rafe smiled and waved with his free hand.

A few seconds later he spoke, alright are you ready my love?

You nodded your head and spoke, yeah I’m ready..

Rafe then moved his hand away from your eyes and that’s when your eyes met the brand new car in your driveway… it was the bmw you had always dreamed of having.

You immediately froze as you saw your parents and Rafe looking at you, no you didn’t… you say before looking toward the three of them.

They smile and nod before Rafe spoke up, it’s yours… as he handed you the keys.

You then felt tears well up in your eyes as you turned around to hug your parents and Rafe, thank you….

Rafe smiled and wiped the tears away from your face with his thumb, your welcome you deserve it..
