You remembered the days when your hair wasn’t as long as it was now, back when you could run as free as the wind and no could stop you.

Back when your knee was actually healthy. Now, both your locks and your knee had to go through regular maintenance.

You were under a lot of stress. Who wouldn’t? In a place like Blue Lock, it was every man for themselves. What added salt to the wound was that your hair had a shit ton of tangles to it and the brushes the facility offered were weak.

You were so, so close to ripping your hair out. Why in the world did you ever let it grow this long? Perhaps it was because you thought you wouldn’t be running ever again, and so hair getting in your eyes wasn’t a problem (now it is, since you are in-fact, running again).

You groaned. Loudly, ruthlessly. Those damn tangles weren’t getting out!

The brush was gliding against your hair so hard it hurt, but all you could focus on was the tangles.

“Damn it all,”

you hissed. You felt warm hands abruptly place themselves on top of yours.

“Careful there, princess. Wouldn’t wanna ruin your hair like that, would we?”

There he was, Kunigami Rensuke, your knight in shining armor.

“Here, let me.”

You sulked and pouted as Kunigami brushed away the tangles with practiced grace.
