Obanai has black hair which is cut in different lengths he has heterochromia eyes, his right was turquoise and the other was yellow. He wears bandages around his mouth to hide a scar he got from childhood. He also has a snake named Kaburamaru, a white one with red eyes always on him.

Obanai was dating a gorgeous woman in his eyes named Mitsuri Kanroji. She had pink hair with green tips that was tied in three braids— two in front and one in the back, bright green eyes, and subtle freckles over her rosy cheeks. She was always so bubbly compared to Obanai's stoic persona. One thing he loved about Mitsuri was her extreme strength and the fact she could eat like a bottomless pit and never get full no matter how much she actually consumes. Despite never getting full, she never gains any weight which is a bonus point for her.

One day, Obanai was scrolling on his phone when he saw this video where a guy offered his girlfriend food and instead of her eating it, she kissed him on the lips. It had Obanai blushing if Mitsuri did that with him. So he organized a restaurant date, one of the most well known restaurants in Japan.

Obanai dressed in a nice button up white shirt and black jeans, nothing too fancy but still good. Mitsuri came bouncing over, wearing a beautiful light pink dress with the green stockings he gave her that matched her eyes. Obanai ordered a lot of food for his girlfriend because she wanted it and he got a simple noodle bowl with seaweed. When the food came, Obanai decided to initiate his plan. He grabs his chopsticks and offers Mitsuri a bite. Instead of her kissing him like she expected, Mitsuri smiled and ate the bite of noodles contently. He didn't say anything and pulled back softly, crossing his arms in a playful huff. Mitsuri tilted her head and grabbed some of her food and offered it back to him, maybe he was 'upset' that she ate a bite. Obanai watched her out of the corner of his eye and he couldn't hold back a soft smile under his mask.
