Tom was exhausted. Being on tour sucked when it came to having cluster headaches. He had been diagnosed with chronic cluster headaches years ago, and medications still didn't help too much. He was constantly in pain and many things on tour triggered a headache that could last hours.

While on the plane, Tom couldn't take it. Everything hurt and he was upset. He had gotten into an argument with Bill, his head was pounding, and he just didn't feel good.
