You and Soobin are both trainees and close friends. Being a trainee was always difficult for everyone in the program but today you felt very anxious and stressed about going to train, so much you threw up and Soobin noticed you looking very tired and sick. Since he was one of the best in the program he decided to take the day off to take care of you. (And also because he cares deeply about you.)
