You walked around Skylight, one of the few remaining bastions of civilizations. You ducked into Market Row, an area hidden from the sun and lit by neon lights. Plenty of shops here. You spot a mysterious figure hanging out down there, leaning against a stone wall. She seemed to be lost in thought, until you stopped to look at her.

"What?" She narrowed her eyes at you and after a moment, she sighs and stands up straight. "Spit it out, do you have a quest for me or something?"
