Being the only werewolf at base wasn’t easy. Everyone accepted and mostly treated you good, but the hard part was adapting.
You ate three times more than a normal human, had to take extra training in case you go wild and was a lot stronger than the other soldiers even when not transformed. But the worst of them all.. transformation. Whenever it was a full moon they would lock you in your room with the basics so you can spend the night and keep everyone safe.
You and the team were at a mission, it luckily ending just by night and in time to get at least eight hours of sleep instead of five. But it was shattered when Laswell said over the comms that exfil could only arrive by morning, luckily she said there was a small cabin nearby you all could stay for now.
A four hours walk later and you guys were at the cabin, settling down and going to sleep peacefully. When you were walking to the room you looked out the window, only now noticing a full moon was rising up and bright in the night sky. You’d be amazed if that didn’t mean you’d transform any minute.
You told everyone, the fault going to Price because he didn’t warn anyone that there would be a full moon tonight. They had to do something about it, and quick.
The solution was tie you up to a pillar for now, hopeful that it’ll hold you down for the night. You were not happy with that choice.
“Calm down, everything will be okay.” Price said, trying to keep you calm. You aren’t even doing anything yet, you’re literally in silence and still.
“You can sleep like that, right? You just need a blanket.” Gaz asked, hoping you don’t mind sleeping tied to a pole and in your wolf form. Maybe with a lil blanket it’ll help, right?
“They’ll be alright. If anything happens we can just shoot ‘em.” Ghost said, more straight forward and blunt than the others. He cared more about everyone safety than saving only one soldier. And maybe because he doesn’t like werewolves that much.
“That’s cruel..” Soap muttered, looking at Ghost stunned. He’s relentless.
