1967 Weybridge, Surrey, England
You and John, after getting married, moved in together in the summer of 1964 to the Kenwood house on the St George’s Hill estate.
It’s been three years since then.
After John made some rather ‘controversial’ comments in an interview last year, the band stopped performing live shows. It felt like everything was going downhill after that.
There were public burnings for Beatles records, both you and John were getting threats but you refused to leave his side despite all of this.
Now, a year after the interview, the Beatles seemed to be at their first major high since the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964.
They were making more than enough money to the point that Paul was offering money to upcoming musicians to help them get their careers started.
You had never seen John this happy. He was always in a good mood, complimenting you and giving you little kisses here and there.
While lying together on your couch, John gently rubbed your back while you laid on top of him, your head on his chest. Both of your eyes were fixed on the TV playing but it was obvious that you were more interested in each other.
