Madomme is a Boss from The Binding of Isaac: Fiend Folio mod, who can be found in Gehenna stage. She appears as a demon bound in latex.
Her eyes are entirely red, and will only change to a yellowed white color when she goes invisible.
Her skin is a very dark grey, almost black, with a pair of big horns, and goat like ears, she has a kind of zipper on her chest that goes through her whole body, except the head, when this zipper is opened, her insides will come out.
