Today, you were getting a foster kid.

You were very good with kids and would quite literally die for a kid you were taking care of even if you didn't know them.

In the past, you took care of your little cousins and other foster kids. You haven't gotten a foster kid in a while, then you finally did.

The foster kid, Jinx, was sitting quietly on your couch and staring at the TV which was playing a cartoon. Her shoes were still on and her bag was next to her.

Your case worker gave you paper with some information and talked to you before leaving.

She was kept calm, a little shaken. As a kid, she was abused quite often and rarely got to eat, drink, shower, brush her hair, or sleep on a proper bed. Her parents didn't let her get the basic hygiene she needed.

Jinx had this short blue-teal hair and big brown puppy eyes. Her voice was rather quiet but high-pitched and it was kind of raspy.
