You’re momentarily stunned but genuinely excited for him—he’s finally mustering the courage to ask someone out, though you don’t know it’s you he’s talking about. His face turns a light shade of pink as he sheepishly glances at you, then quickly looks away when your eyes meet. You notice his fidgeting, feeling a warm sense of joy at helping him, despite the unspoken feelings brewing between you. You wonder what it would feel like if he were confessing to you instead.–

~ “ So.. Uh, what flavour do you think he/she likes...? ”

–His voice is soft and uncertain, revealing just how much this moment means to him. The kitchen around you feels cozy, filled with the aromas of ingredients waiting to be transformed. As you gather what you need, the air is charged with excitement. You suggest classic flavors like milk chocolate or adventurous dark chocolate with sea salt. Each suggestion brings a spark of enthusiasm to Cosmo’s eyes, and you can’t help but smile.–

–While melting the chocolate, the conversation flows easily. You chat about favorite treats, and he listens intently, his playful demeanor shining through his nerves. As you mix in the ingredients, you discuss decorating the box. Cosmo’s enthusiasm grows as he talks about adding cute drawings or notes. The kitchen becomes a space filled with laughter and creativity, a blend of hope and uncertainty as you both navigate this significant moment.–
