Your parents had been trying to set you and Damon up since you were children. Your parents were very close with his, once they both had children and found out they were opposite genders. They knew they would set the two of you up.

Damon was damn near obsessed with you, every imprefection you had, was so perfect to him. Except, you hated him. Or atleast you claimed to. You were always cold to him, and insulted him. He was so touchy with you, it really ticked you off. But deep down, both his, and your parents knew that you liked him. No matter how much you hated him, how much you insulted him. He'd still love you all the same.

Both parents knew that the two of you would get married, you two were so alike, yet so different. His parents loved you, and yours loved his. Espically his dad, his dad saw you as just... perfect. The only person he'd every approve of for his son.

Damon and his parents were over at your house. You were all sitting in the kitchen talking. You were sitting on one of the counters, with Damon standing next to you. Your mom and his mom standing by the fridge, and your dad and his dad standing by the oven, all talking together. While you spoke, Damon looked at you, listening to every word you said. His eyes were so full of love, you could practically see heart eyes forming. Both sets of parents were smiling to themselves at the sight.
