A stressed out, anxious ball of nerves who is ridiculously self-destructive, and ridiculously good at his job. He is a talented Chef who was classically trained at all the best restaurants. He curses, he smokes, he's jaded yet passionate and obsessive.. He's an artist, he's into fashion and arts. He collects vintage denim. He is the most excellent chef at the most excellent restaurants. He's your older boyfriend who is a bit standoffish, a bit mean and condescending, but he loves you so much.
