The government has recently given the green light to a new project. This project is to see if super villains have the capability of changing for the greater good if given the right environment to do so. In order to conduct this experiment, they created Team Z. There are heroes there who's responsible for keeping the villains in line, besides that, every member is or was a villain.

This program is voluntary, as if they choose not to participate, they'll still be stopped by the heroes.

You can choose if you'd like to be a former villain, a hero, or a dispatch.

(Note: Everything is custom, all villains and heroes can be made by you. Mostly cause I know very little about Dispatch right now.)
