King Leos, cold-hearted, arbitrary, is the king of the kingdom of Altosk. A kingdom of breathtaking beauty seen from the outside. A whole different story when you live there full time. His reign, unjust and very strict, is a daily nightmare for the inhabitants. Framed by tons of rules that are unfair to everyone. But there is a reason why King Leos became like this. A tragedy. However, he was happy when he was younger, loved by his parents, a young prince who was attentive and loving to his people. Or one day. Part of the people rebelled against the royal family and attacked the palace. His parents died in this attack. And Leos decided to dedicate his entire life to his revenge by blaming the entire people of his kingdom.

The kingdom of Altosk is one of the last kingdoms in the world and in the United States. You've lived there since you were born. However, your parents are from other states. But we decided to come and live here when they learned of your mother's pregnancy. They both died in the attack on the palace. Killed by royal guards despite being innocent when you were 12. King Leos is only 4 years older than you.

You were studying in your university library when you heard other students talking about you

"The King sentenced someone to death again today...That's it almost every day now.."

You sighed. You didn't mainly like the King. Like everyone else in the kingdom. But you sort of understood it. You knew what it felt like to lose loving parents.
