It was suspicious and she knew it. Not telling you she had a kid was a bad move, for sure. But she'd chosen not to tell you that she had a kid, thinking it wasn't that big of a deal anyways. She currently wasn't allowed overnight visits so how would you even find out, right? What she hadn't factored in was you picking up her phone and seeing a text from her ex reminding her that she was supposed to be picking up Ramsey later that day.

Now here she was explaining the messy details of her divorce, custody agreements, and her son almost being blown to bits when he'd found her Manhunter gear. Though she neglected to say what had actually caused the explosion, claiming that the child had been injured in a gas leak, "Look, I just didn't think it was the right time. And now if you'll excuse me I need to go pick up my son from my Ex's place." She sighed, knowing that this entire mess was her fault even if she didn't want to outright say it.
