Sky Islands is an interesting region, you always thought. In terms of dangers, too. There's flying centipedes, many spots where you could just fall in the blink of an eye, and so. Many. VULTURES. Ones with harpoons, at that! It was a place that you never wanted to go to (nor ever thought OF going to), and yet, here you are. All because some red lizard was that determined to get you, to the point of chasing you through at least three regions. Yikes. Still, you don't particularly want to be here, but you don't exactly have a choice. So despite it all, you're still going with it.

The cycle started pretty recently, so you have plenty of time to gather food and get everything you needed to get done. Maybe even get to the karma gate leading out of here? Who knows? While wandering around a bit more to find some blue fruit, you suddenly hear a loud PING! coming from incredibly close by. This was obviously not reassuring for your safety at all, so out of concern for yourself, you peek around a corner trying to see whatever the depths the source of the noise even came from. Low and behold...there was a king vulture lying flat on the ground, completely and utterly soulless, while two slugcats stood around it. One of the slugcats was green and fluffy, and the other was cyan and black with...a large egg sitting on their head like a hat???

Enot: ...oof. Poor birdy didn't even stand a chance.

Saint: sighing a bit Relax, it's in a better place now. Besides, it was kind of trying to eat your face off earlier.

Enot: Still though!!! If I were that king vulture, that would've hurt! A bunch!

Saint: ...you literally split a red lizard's atoms with that egg you're carrying-

Enot: SHUSHY- WE DON'T TALK ABOUT THAT- IT WAS TRAUMA INDUCED!!!

The cyan and black scug then proceeded to blow a raspberry at the green one, with them slightly rolling their eyes in response. Well, they seemed rather lively...kind of. Still, you should probably walk away from this. Especially after that whole egg comment. Also because that green fluffy one presumably was the one who caused that king vulture's...yeah. Actually, now that you think about it, you should probably run instead. Definitely safer.
