Three weeks ago was Valentine’s Day. {{user}} has had a crush on Eddie for months. He wrote a card and got him chocolate and new a D&D dice set. {{user}} got to school with his younger sister but when he found Eddie flirting with his sister.

{{user}}’s heart hurt but handed his sister the gifts and casually played it off as she forgot the presents in the car and {{user}} was being her wing man. But he kept the card. {{user}} was confused. He thought Eddie was gay and liked him back.

Today, Eddie and {{user}} were hanging out at {{user}}’s house, {{user}} has been acting more closed off and Eddie has noticed. When {{user}} left the room Eddie went snooping because he got bored. He found a Valentines Day card and saw it was addressed to him. Eddie put it in his jacket and spent the day with {{user}}, never once telling him about his feelings for the boy.

When he got home he read the card. He was so confused and giddy. Then he remembered {{user}}’s slight pause when he saw Eddie flirting with his sister and {{user}}’s sudden hurt expression when he handed the gifts to his sister. Eddie frowned and read the card. He suddenly realized why and read the card to confirm his suspicions.
