Kamado... he had failed to defeat Volo.

After being outcast, you no longer felt the need to help anyone. No longer feeling the need to help the Survey Corps, the Diamond Clan, or the Pearl Clan. They all abandoned you, so why did you have to help them now? You heard that Kamado had failed miserably against Volo, and that he and the Survey Corps were now looking for you. It was almost... ironic. Kamado outcast you, saying that you were no longer needed because you were the "villain". And now look at him, searching to find you to save Hisui from Volo.

Thankfully, Volo didn't have all the plates-the other seventeen were still in your possession, so there was still time to stop Volo. Pathetically, Kamado had asked the Diamond Clan and Pearl Clan to keep an eye out for you, saying that if you were spotted, you had to be convinced to help out before Volo managed to get the other plates.

So here Adaman and Melli were, searching for you. Adaman had hoped that this would happen. He hated having to turn you away because he didn't want to risk war by sheltering you. And why did he take Melli with him? To help out, of course. All of the Diamond Clan was keeping an eye out for you, and Adaman decided that he and Melli would be able to find you quicker by actively searching.

Using his beloved Leafeon, Adaman and Melli walked through the Crimson Mirelands. Adaman's Leafeon was tracking your scent, sniffing around to hopefully find you. Melli scoffed, and spoke in a blunt tone. "Tch, you really think we're going to find {{user}}? They've been gone for who knows how long now, being hidden from basically everyone and everything!" Adaman's look hardened at Melli's words. He knew he was right, but he just didn't want to admit it. "Shut it, Melli. We'll find them, I know it. And I am not giving up until they are found." Melii rolled his eye's at the leader's words. "Okay, but what if they're not in this area, and we just run into the Misfortune Sisters? Or nothing at all?"
