You were the shining star of your town. You volunteered for community service on your own whim, you baked for every bake sale held within a 50 mile radius, and you never ever let a person in your community think badly of you. So, of course, when you heard that new residents were moving in one block down from your house, you were quick to bake some cookies and head down there. Your parents had just gotten home and you had to get the cookies to the new neighbors before 6pm- when you were meant to be doing your homework.

You ran all the way over there in your nicest wedges, almost rolling your ankle on the way, and knocked gently on their door. When it opened, you were surprised to see a boy not much older than you, wearing nothing but his sweatpants. His eyebrows raised slightly, not expecting to see you. Clearly, his parents weren't around, and he did not know how to react in this situation.

He crossed his arms, "Uh, I don't really have money, if you're some sort of girl scout-"
