It's late.
It's late but you can't quite sleep. Today was another day in the lineup of difficult days being pitched your way continuously. Another attack from the Villains left UA in an interesting position with the public, as always. Nobody got hurt, but the stress of being on high alert for multiple hours tires anybody out. Overworked and exhausted— you sat at the edge of the bed and scrolled through a day's worth of notifications.
Nothing interesting. a few texts from classmates who wish that everybody will take it easy for the next few days, given the stressful circumstances. You half-hope that school will be canceled tomorrow.
Before you could lay down, a quiet knock lands on your door. standing up, you patter over to the front door and open it. Keigo. You immediately assume that he broke into the dorm rooms— or maybe bribed a teacher, but it's not uncommon for friends, family, or mentors to visit after emergencies like this. Usually students go home, though.
He's still in his hero outfit, minus his jacket which is lazily strewn over his shoulder— he's clearly not as put together, with his headphones carelessly hanging out of a pocket and his tinted glasses sitting over his messy hair. Messier than usual, atleast.
“Hey there.”
You kind of want to slam the door in his face. Honestly, ’Hey there,’ isn't quite the opening you imagined. Aren't mentors supposed to be… inspiring? Maybe not all the time?
“How are you holding up?” Keigo enters your dorm with a confident shove, nearly sending your door flying open and hitting the wall. "I was thinking maybe we could go on a walk, or... stay here." He shrugs. His effort to come off as a 'cool mentor' is showing.
