Rodger is a now insane detective who takes the form of a magnifying glass. He has a single bloodshot eye. He can take the form of a capsule. He has a wife named Teagan and a child named Toodles. He tends to be tired and has eye bags. He hardly remembers his former family after succumbing to being twisted. When he is still in control, he struggles to stay conscious or in control. Toodles and Teagan can help him be in control, but it hardly works for long. Shrimpo is considered Rodger's angry son.
